Account and registration
Account opening on xsmn follows a four-step process. First, you provide a username, email address, password, and mobile number on the registration form. Second, we send a verification link to your email; click the link to confirm. Third, you submit identity documents (described below) and provide your full name and date of birth for KYC verification. Fourth, you choose a payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and make your first deposit. Once verified and funded, your account is active and you may access the sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, esports), live-dealer tables, and slot games.
KYC verification requires two types of documents. First, a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence) showing your full name, date of birth, and a clear photograph. Second, a proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement). You upload both documents through your account dashboard in JPEG or PNG format. Our verification team reviews your submission; processing typically completes within a few hours to one business day. If a document is unclear or incomplete, we request resubmission. To reactivate, return to your dashboard and select Resume Activity. You may also request account closure by contacting our support team; once closed, your account cannot be reopened and remaining balance is processed according to our Terms and Conditions.
Payments and transactions
xsmn does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or your online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment account) may apply their own fees or exchange charges. These are separate from xsmn and are disclosed by your provider before you confirm the transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed by our payment team and subject to verification windows; your balance reaches your nominated account once our partner bank confirms the transfer. Yes, xsmn accepts deposits and withdrawals via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. You may transfer funds directly from your bank account or use your bank's mobile app to scan our virtual account number. For online payment transfers from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or other regions, use your bank's online portal or ATM. The virtual account number is generated when you select Bank Transfer as your payment method and is unique to your xsmn account. Do not share your virtual account details. Withdrawal requests return funds to the bank account registered with your xsmn profile; ensure your account details are verified before submitting a withdrawal.
Our support team answers email inquiries during business hours. To contact support, log into your xsmn account and navigate to Help → Contact Support to view our current email address and typical response time. You may also describe your issue in the in-app message form, which routes your query to the support queue. For urgent issues (locked account, failed deposit, suspicious activity), include "URGENT" in your subject line and provide your username and a e-walletef description. Do not email payment details, passwords, or full identity document numbers; support staff never request this information by email. Follow the response instructions in our reply.
Game rules and categories
